Reviews and Ratings
The hotel felt a bit dated and lacked a proper reception area, but the rooms, although small, had all the necessary features and free Internet. The service was pleasant and attentive. The location, despite being in the tourist center, is very convenient with easy access to major sightseeing spots. The dining options ranged from basic continental to improved choices like mouth-watering Hungarian beef stew.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very disappointing, but the location was excellent. The service was lacking, and the dining options were quite cheap but not satisfying. However, the facilities were acceptable for the price.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from all the action with plenty of shops, bars, and eateries around. The rooms, though small, were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary features. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to make me feel welcome. Dining options were a bit limited, but I made the most of it by enjoying a lovely evening on my balcony with some wine and cheese. Overall, a fantastic value for the money!
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. The rooms had several balconies with great views, but they were incredibly tiny, especially the shower room. The daily fresh towels were a nice touch, but the bad internet connection was frustrating. The service was extremely pleasant, but the requirement to scan my debit/credit card felt intrusive. The location was convenient for exploring the main square and nearby attractions, although it was noisy at night. The dining experience left much to be desired with a limited and overpriced menu. Overall, the facilities were decent, but the value for money was questionable.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in central Brussels for 2 nights. The rooms were of good standard, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent shower and comfortable mattress on the 5th floor. The service by the owner and staff, including interactions with the taxi driver and at the brasserie on the ground floor, was welcoming and nice. The location allowed easy access to the Grand Place area, with the opportunity to relax behind a glass screen with outdoor heaters. However, there were some unprofessional attitudes that detracted from the experience.
